Contemporary Mat Pilates

Corinne trained as a contemporary dancer at London Contemporary Dance School, also studying ballet, jazz and commercial styles. She now teaches Pilates, dance and fitness classes across some of London’s best-known studios, including BLOK and Frame. She’s a strong believer in the benefits of the Pilates principles and applies these across all of her training. She adds her own twists on classical Pilates exercises and wants to share the Pilates technique with as many people as possible to get their bodies moving with grace and control!

Phoebe is a 400 hour advanced yoga teacher, teaching vinyasa flow, power yoga, restorative and embodied flow inspired classes. As an ex-dancer, Phoebe’s passion for movement has merged over the years, seeing her teaching creative sequences with a hint of laid back Australian humour. When Phoebe isn’t teaching yoga she simultaneously runs Silou London and also her travel and wellness blog, which has allowed her to evolve her practice in over 50+ countries over the last 15 years.

Natalia is a former PR Director with over 10 years’ experience in Luxury Goods, working with brands from Land Rover to Dior. She left the corporate world to follow her passion for Wellness and her curiosity lead her into becoming a Heath Holistic Educator with Hippocrates Institute in the US, training as a Yoga Instructor in India all whilst being the creative force behind Form Nutrition. Natalia is also a qualified Meditation Teacher and has an eclectic and wide-ranging training, from training in a monastery in Nepal to currently being part of Google Search Inside Yourself Leadership program. Natalia’s passion is to be able to move people with her words and do good work in world. She is the living proof that you can stay committed without being consumed; stay competitive without being cruel and that greater personal fulfilment at work can be a reality.

Zara is a full-time sustainability consultant and freelance barre instructor, teaching weekly classes at members club BodyWorksWest and monthly events across London. Having danced from a young age, movement has always been an important part of Zara’s life and she loves teaching her ballet-inspired body conditioning classes, encouraging people to relieve stress and strengthen their bodies. Extremely passionate about all things sustainable living, Zara tries to promote behaviours and brands with an environmental or social purpose. She organised this event to combine her two areas of interest and to promote transparency in the Activewear industry! Find out more here.

A passion for connection and an expanse of mind-body-soul wisdom acquired through his own journey as a ex-professional soccer player and sports therapist continually inspires Marc to explore the human body. When he came across the ancient teachings of yoga his soul and mind lit up. His curiosity of self and our connections with others and the world Marc loves to share and endeavours to create a space for others to tap into their true nature, higher self… your teacher within you.
